SDR Delta Medical Backpack is a tactical medical backpack designed for organized transport of medical supplies during airsoft, Mil-Sim, training, and operational activities.

Made from durable Cordura®, it combines lightweight construction, modularity, and excellent internal organization capacity.

The main compartment is secured with a smooth two-way zipper and offers an internal space of approximately 35 x 23 cm.

The interior is fully lined with soft Velcro, allowing the installation of modular medical organizers (sold separately).

This setup allows quick organization of:

• Bandages
• Dressings
• Modular IFAK kits
• Medical accessories
• First aid equipment

The backpack features:

• 3 front zippered pockets with internal Velcro
• 2 rear flat zippered pockets
• 2 front Velcro panels for ID or MEDIC patches

The side and upper sections include attachment points compatible with elastic cords for carrying:

• Rescue scissors
• TQ / tourniquets
• Tactical medical accessories

Two elastic cords are included with the backpack.
