Description

BRAND NGA - Neo Genesis Airsoft

The NGA Rockhard 8 mm Recessed Solid Self-Lubricating Bushings Set includes two bushings designed for airsoft gearboxes with flat bushing seats, such as G&G MIG, G2 and Krytac models. Their low-profile design with a recessed area allows standard gears to be used without modifying the gears or machining the gearbox shell.

CNC-machined from solid, high-strength hardened steel, these bushings offer high hardness and dimensional precision. The recessed design accommodates standard gears and helps make shimming straightforward and precise. The self-lubricating groove helps retain grease, supporting consistent lubrication over time.

The internal bore is ground to micrometric tolerances to provide a smooth surface that promotes gear axle movement and contributes to smoother, quieter operation. The bushings are also corrosion-resistant, including in humid or saline environments.

Installation notes

  • Thoroughly clean the gearbox bushing seat and the outer surface of each bushing before installation.
