The first High ROF / High FPS piston head patented in Italy.
Developed with the support of top engineering technologies, with the goal of creating the best high ROF piston head on the market.
CNC machined from high-density Delrin with an Anticorodal core, designed to ensure top performance, efficiency, and reliability even under extreme stress.

In pursuit of perfection:
- Body geometries designed through kinematic and fluid dynamic studies with guaranteed dimensional tolerances.

• Greater use of air volume during compression (FPS increase).
• Enhanced anti-vacuum holes for maximum efficiency during both compression and return phases.
• Reduced impact geometry for quieter operation.
• Fixed O-ring for better smoothness and instantaneous compression.
• Optimized weight: best balance between quietness and shooting consistency.

• Surface treated for better sealing and lubrication.
• Perfectly sized for all cylinder types.
• Completely free of molding burrs for improved kinetic consistency.

- Two 0.7mm AOE (Angle of Engagement) spacers for precision tuning.

Computational aerodynamics:
The head geometries were designed with the help of CFD and FEM analysis to get the most out of them. Designed to give a boost to all Extreme performance, high speed and high rof configurations.
Thanks to these analyses it was possible to develop:

• Airflow conveyor for greater energy consistency (FPS) and range
• Elimination of the “suction” effect during retraction.
• Certified resistance.

Here the fundamental technical difference between the two Piston Head variants is defined:

• BRG = bearing (with thrust bearing) → better management of rotation and spring stress in high ROF builds.
• SLD = solid (fixed thrust bearing) → more robust, simpler, ideal for users who prefer a bearing-free solution.
