The unique feature for the FCR is its ability to attach
the new RPC WARRIOR (Recon Plate Carrier).
Simply remove the shoulder and back straps and all other clips
align with the corresponding places ITW clips on the front and sides
RPC support plate, creating a scalable platform armor.
